CHANGE WINDOWS USER ACCOUNT PASSWORD IN WINDOWS 8

OPEN " CMD " .
TYPE : net user 'username' *
ENTER THE NEW PASSWORD

EXAMPLE - user account's name is 'USER'
use - net user user *

if you just press enter when asked to enter the password , then the previous password will be removed.

THIS WILL WORK IN ANY MICROSOFT OPERATING SYSTEM.....
