Bullet Time Mod [Slow Motion Mod] [BEST]

A mod which will make slow motion just like in Max Payne

So here comes one of the best mod (for me). This is a bullet time mod (slow motion) and it can be used whenever you are shooting or a someone is escaping (and you want to kill him). Just touch point #1 and slow motion (this mod) will enable. The above taken screenshot is also with this mod. The author of this mod is "mikekethens" and "mizery"?. They named this mod "Speed Breaker Mod" but nobody knows what they want to say (because they don't speak English well, I think?).
So wanna install this mod?
Just follow these simple steps:

Note:
• CLEO Android is required to run this mod.
• To enable or disable this mod press touch point #1 while playing.
• To uninstall simply delete the mod.

Step I:
• Download MOD:
  Download MOD

Step II:
• Extract the downloaded mod (zip).
• Move the ".csa" file to:
  /Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa

Step III:
• Run the game and enjoy the mod.
