There are no random accident feature in GTA San Andreas but the modder "faisalluminati" has made this cool mod. This mod will add an accident scene in a bridge in GTA San Andreas Android. It is really cool. There are medics and cops on the road and it feels like a real accident scene. In the picture above you can see a man hanging to his car (at left).
